I discovered fund accounting almost by chance during an interview with Michael Hanabusa, Managing Director of Fund Accounting, in late 2018. That conversation opened a door I hadn’t expected — one that ultimately led me to a career I’ve grown to love.

Since then, I’ve built my knowledge of fund accounting from the ground up, developing a strong foundation and growing my expertise over time. As a first-generation college graduate, this profession has created opportunities I never imagined, allowing me to build something meaningful for both myself and my family. The field continues to challenge and inspire me, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made — including my decision to pursue a graduate degree to further deepen my understanding.

At Lucas Horsfall, I’ve found a team that genuinely supports my development and provides the resources I need to deliver exceptional service to our clients. I’m looking forward to the next chapter, where I can continue contributing and making a lasting impact.

I joined Lucas Horsfall through an acquisition in early 2025. My expertise and background are in fund accounting, an area I’ve been passionate about throughout my career. As a Manager, I am excited to help grow our department and grateful for the opportunity to continue building a collaborative, high-performing team.

Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding with a good book or planning the perfect game night with friends and family. I’m an avid fan of various live performances, including concerts, musicals, and plays. I have traveled domestically and internationally to see my favorite artists and shows. Live performances provide unique experiences that I deeply cherish.
